Tesla & EV Certified Repair · Redlands

Tesla Approved.
Six OEM certifications.
One shop in Redlands.

Tesla, Rivian, Ford/Lincoln, Honda/Acura, Mazda, Subaru — all certified through the manufacturer's own training and equipment programs.

Why this matters

EVs aren't gas cars with a battery.

A Tesla — or any modern EV — is a high-voltage computer wrapped in a carefully engineered aluminum and steel structure. Repaired wrong, the car can fail crash tests, lose warranty coverage, or worse.

Tesla Approved shops are required to invest in specific equipment, training, and parts. There are only a handful in the Inland Empire. We're one of them.

Battery-safe procedures

Trained on high-voltage disconnect, battery isolation, and post-repair safety verification — to Tesla's specs.

🔧

Aluminum welding

Dedicated aluminum repair bay with separate tools to prevent steel cross-contamination. Mandatory for Tesla and most modern EVs.

⚙️

Genuine Tesla parts

Authorized to order direct from Tesla. Preserves your factory warranty and crash safety rating.

🎯

Calibration after repair

Cameras, radar, Autopilot sensors — all recalibrated to factory tolerance before your car leaves the shop.

Tesla & EV FAQ

Common questions from EV owners.

Tesla, Rivian, and EV owners ask the same questions. Quick answers below.

Are you a Tesla Approved Body Shop?

Yes. We're listed on Tesla's official body shop locator and approved to repair every Tesla in production — Model S, 3, X, Y, Cybertruck, and Roadster. Tesla certifies shops directly after auditing equipment, training, and completed repairs.

Will Tesla repair affect my warranty?

No — when the repair is done by a Tesla Approved Body Shop using genuine Tesla parts and Tesla's approved procedures, your factory warranty stays intact. That's one of the main reasons Tesla maintains an approved-shop network.

Do you use genuine Tesla parts?

Yes. As an Approved shop, we order parts directly from Tesla. Genuine OEM parts maintain your factory warranty, ensure proper fit, and preserve your crash safety rating.

Do you have aluminum welding capability?

Yes. All modern Teslas use significant aluminum structural components. Aluminum repair requires a dedicated welding bay with separate tools to prevent steel cross-contamination — both mandatory for Tesla approval, both present in our shop.

Can you repair Cybertruck body damage?

Yes. The Cybertruck's stainless steel exterior requires specific handling to maintain finish integrity. We service Cybertruck repair in a dedicated bay with the proper tools.

Do you recalibrate Autopilot after repair?

Yes. Any repair affecting the windshield, bumpers, or body panels with sensors requires recalibration of Tesla cameras, radar, and Autopilot systems to factory tolerance. We perform full calibration before delivery.

Which other EVs do you service?

Rivian R1T, R1S, and EDV (Rivian 3P certified), Ford Mustang Mach-E and F-150 Lightning (Ford CCN certified), plus hybrids and PHEVs from Honda, Acura, Mazda, and Subaru under our OEM certifications. Other EVs case-by-case — call with your model.

Do I need an appointment for a Tesla estimate?

No. We offer free walk-in estimates for Tesla and EV owners — typically about 15 minutes. Drive in during business hours (Mon-Fri 8:00am to 5:00pm) and we'll write the estimate while you wait.
