Family-owned in Redlands.
In the business since 1975.
Maureen and Aaron Holmes operate RVCCR together. Between them, fifty years of building the modern collision repair industry — applied to one independent shop in Redlands.
Independent. By design.
RVCCR opened in Redlands in 2005. The shop started small, focused on RV collision and refinish for the Inland Empire's community of motorhome and fifth-wheel owners.
21 years later, we're a full-service auto and RV body shop. A Fix Auto USA network member. Holders of direct OEM certifications from Tesla, Rivian, Ford/Lincoln, Honda/Acura, Mazda, and Subaru. RVDA-certified for RV-specific work.
What hasn't changed: this is still one independent shop, owned by the same family, run on the same principle — direct communication, written estimates before any work starts, and a written lifetime warranty on every repair.
Two generations. Five decades in this industry.
RVCCR is run by a mother and son who, between them, have spent fifty years building parts of the modern collision repair industry — and chose to apply that knowledge to a single independent shop in Redlands.
Maureen Holmes
Maureen started in collision repair on August 15, 1975 — one of very few women in the industry at the time. Over the next fifty years she became one of the people building the systems, standards, and operational software that body shops across the country use today.
- ● First woman chapter president of the California Auto Body Association (late 1970s)
- ● First woman state president of the California Auto Body Association (1983)
- ● Designed the industry's first body shop management software (1980s)
- ● Authored the functional design for the first Windows-based body shop management program — installed in more shops nationally than any other system (1990s)
- ● Founding COO of Caliber Collision (mid-1990s) — today the largest collision-repair operator in the United States
Aaron Holmes
Aaron grew up around the business his mother helped build. Before opening RVCCR, he held senior operations roles at California's first multi-shop operator and authored the documents that defined how those shops were run.
- ● Largest area manager at M2Collision — California's first multi-shop operator
- ● Authored the M2Collision Operations Manual that defined the company's day-to-day operations
- ● Owner of RV Collision Center of Redlands since 2005
- ● Tesla Approved Body Shop network member; six OEM certifications across the shop
When you bring a vehicle to RVCCR, you're working with people who didn't just train in this industry — they helped build parts of it.
That's the institutional knowledge behind the small details that decide whether a repair gets done right: how an estimate gets written, how an insurance claim gets handled, how a technician is trained to weld aluminum.
Three things you don't usually find together.
RV expertise
A real RVDA-certified RV repair operation — not an auto body shop that occasionally takes a motorhome. We have the bay space, the tools, and the institutional knowledge that comes from 21 years of RV-only work.
Network warranty
As part of the Fix Auto USA network, our repair work is backed by a lifetime warranty that travels with you across 200+ shops nationwide — useful if you move, or if you're on the road when something needs attention.
EV-ready
Few shops are equipped to do Tesla and modern EV work correctly — aluminum welding, battery-safe procedures, factory calibration. We're one of them in the Inland Empire.
The rest of the crew.
We keep our shop small on purpose. The same estimator writes your quote, the same technicians do the work, the same person calls you with updates. No handoffs, no surprises.
